The Ad Said 2 Hot Rods For Sale good contion...Cheap...Well...

Got a copy of our local shopper paper and there was an ad for two
old hot rods, cheap, needed a little work the ad said, but a real
hot rodder could have them on the road in a week......got to the
guys house....and yeah right....a week????? and you don't even
wanna know the price...

Hmmm, yeah might take a bit to drag them out onto the nearest road...but I'd bet it would only take an hour or two...he did not say "driveable", did he...??

that'd be just about the only crew that could pull it off but i think even they would have a real hard time getting it complete and in paint in a week.

 

Once they are on the trailer leaving, they're on the road. Shouldn't take more that a week to put the deal together.
