Thanks Doc, now that the Holidays are about to settle out, it's time to knock the dust off the race parts, and get to wrenchin'.
Folks, the 4th Annual Texas Thaw is going to be held on March 4th and 5th. We have a ton of hot fuel cars lined up the make your eyes water. Also, we have opened this event up to '72 and older cars..............
'72-'64 cars will probably be racing 'Bracket' style with a tree, and the Pre-'64 stuff gets to run 'heads-up'/'flag-drop'. Just like Collin Casey would have it - HA HA HA .....(Sure gonna miss that man this year-damnitt).
It will be held at North Star Dragway in Denton, Texas. Love to see a bunch of our Okie buddies, come south for the weekend, and join in on the fun. Hell, if the guys from Lousianna can make it over, can't be too much of a trek.
Look forward to seeing you there. More info will be forthcoming.

We'll be there but I doubt will be racing. Kiddos have been asking about it every other week because they loved the Thaw, the Nostalgic nationals and fuzzy taco's breakfast so much.

Ps. My youngest thinks Santa is nice and drives a 1933 Ford pickup.

I don't know if the FED will be ready in time for the THAW, but we will be there as always. If the FED's not ready, I'm going to even the odds and put the blower motor in the truck. I'll be looking for you Doc.

Thanks to the Torques for putting this together every year.

Denton, NorthStar Dragway is one of the best 1/8 mile tracks in the entire country.
