I have seen NOS front fenders for the 35 master appear on ebay usa over the last few years.

Put a search into ebay for it and then SAVE THE SEARCH and ebay system will tell you by email that one has appeared, whether nos or used.
parts are out there, you just need to be patient over time. There is a single NOS running board on now and a pair of NOS running boards also.

Joe, your BRAKES , are they disc all 4 , or disc drum.
If drum, are back brakes adjusted properly.
Are you using right size line, 3/16 for disc and 1/4 for drum.

    Pedal ratio, what do you have. 5--1 , 6-1 , 7-1
Master cylinder what size is the bore, is it for power or non power brakes
Combination proportioning valve for disc disc, or disc drum .
    Using 8" booster dual diaphram
Whats is vacuum of motor to operate vacuum booster...........need 18--21 inches steady

Have you checked the engine vacuum at idle with vacuum gauge and using the rear of the intake port. Steady 18--21 inches of vacuum is needed to make a booster function properly.
Its about applying plenty of line pressure to the brakes.

Dual diaphragm small 8" boosters produce more braking power than single small 8" boosters

    Hello,

Old Chevy parts? The neighborhood of the "surf ghetto" in South Orange County must be the location of the shop that has tons of parts. It is called Classy Chevy. These cars are usually seen outside on the main drag from the freeway to the ocean. It is a great way to advertise the business. (nice looking trucks as part of the business.) No, I do not work for Classy Chevy.

This yellow/white 1942 Chevy pick up truck looks like a custom truck, but there are clues that it is a shop truck, carrying packages and boxes of parts to be shipped across the USA. It is a work truck for light weight parts and boxes.

For the heavy stuff, the friend behind the 42 custom yellow truck, looks like it could carry a lot more, large and bulky car parts for delivery everywhere. The stake bed helps for larger items. A 38 Chevy stake bed truck?

This whole area is the old industrial area of the city that goes back historically, many years... (with Rainbow Sandals being the most popular industrial building known to most people. ) The newest industrial area is just a few miles up the street, on the other side of the freeway.

Best part is I hung the door and it fits really well and will be able to get away with very little if any shimming looks like. Of course body will be off and on a few more times.

I had to shim the doors on my 34 STD under the sill plate to get the back side of the door to come up to make the body lines fit. Depending on where you put the shim you can raise of lower the back of the door.
