History T-Toy touring phaeton

This touring t in the photos was at the 1982 nsra nationals in St. Paul. It has the Jag rear of the era and a Buttera style truss frame. Was trying to find info on it like builder, former owner etc. If someone recognizes it or familiar with it any info would be appreciated. It has a lot of similarities to Buttera touring T. But many did at that time
