Features Survivor Hot-Rod goes to Sweden.

Discussion in 'Traditional Hot Rods' started by John 79, Jul 18, 2012.

  1. So, is there a story to this RPU? Build date? Builder name?
Interesting to use the bottom of a windshield frame to complete the top with a swag.

Very cool pickup. Why would you want the hood sides and cover up that neat flatty?

    Ha ha,thats right.
But it would be nice to have the hoodsides that are on the old pic.
The hood is homemade but really nice done, fits great between the 32 grille and 29 cowl.

    Nice score,
If its the one Im thinking of I saw it on FB and really liked it a lot.
This may help you ID the box; F-100 box has a clamp on pitman arm, where the F-1 has a large nut that holds the pitman arm on.

I think Hank put it up on FB,i dont have FB myself but my girfriend saw it there.
My box got the clamp so it must be a F100.

Thats the one. I actually called Hank and laughingly asked him to stop posting pictures, told him it was killing me because I knew I didnt have the space for it!
