    Hi
I have a blower from Loveless Performance with a Stromberg 97 on top.
Does anybody know what jets to use with the adjustable ones?
They came with .048 but that seems a bit lean cause I have to give it all.
It runs fine on idle and when the acc.pump feeds it when I push the throttle hard, but from a low throttle and slowly increasing it cuffs and doesn't follow properly.
    I would appreciate some help!

Brand new carb w choke butterdly and electronic ignition.
I just started it so I haven’t got to that point with the plugs.
This is all about testing and if you dont have a lot of jets you have to buy them. The .048 jet was to small to adjust cause I had to open it fully before it befan to run smoothly. So I was thinking maybe a .052 could be enough.

An air to fuel gage will help save some time trying to figure out what to run.I did this on my banger in my 28 last summer and ended up starting at 45 and down to 33 it finally runs like it should. Was way too rich and was loading up.

I agree the AFR is the way to go to properly get it set up. A chassis dyno session pays dividends.
I agree with @burl that usually smaller is the direction that it need to be jetted....but I'm running around at 5000-7000' elevation
I ran a Holly 94 and adjustable mains and no power valve IMG_20201122_092129251.jpg ...so I am no help with the 97...I'd also look at your timing advance before starting to change jets. What kind of dizzy are you running?

Timing is 4 degrees initial and 24 advanced. (FSIgnition)
I dont know what jets are used for a original engine, but it was .048 that came with the adjustables.
Do you know the size differense between standard and with blower in your Holley?

I dont know the jetsize in the 97 for an original engine but size 0.048 came with the adjustables.
Do you know the standardsize and what you had with the adjutsables in your Holley?
