I'm getting quoted about $1200 to recast my steering wheel. Sounds a bit high, but it includes the shift and signal knobs. What does this run in your experience. It's a full recast.

This is an old photo, the car is ready for interior work now, so take it easy. 1950 Cadillac.

I'm having a 1937 LaSalle steering wheel recast, they said it would be $400. The shop is in Canyon Country, Ca. The phone number is 661-252-9264 The name of the shop is "Koch's steering wheel resoration" Give 'em a call. $1200 is way to much!! Even $750 is to much.
