Steering Wheel ID help

I picked up this steering wheel off of Craigslist. I was curious to see if anyone had any idea of who made it or what it may have come off of. It measures 18" across.Thanks for the help.

 

18" diameter with a course spline, just a wild guess, farm tractor of some sort.

 

With the bakelite or dark rim, I was thinking 19teens to 1920s Dodge Brothers, but I am unsure as to what DB would have for a shaft.

 

Huge ass drill press!!
