I'll plan on being there if work schedule allows. Is it OK to bring my small vintage camper or is it tent camping only?

Yes, your camper will be fine. I wish I owned a vintage camper. I will be in a tent. Dang it!

    Rule Change

All printed and published information we have put out states, no slicks. This has changed to the following:
    • Cars running slicks must be pre-approved. Send message to [email protected]
      * Cars must be vintage styled, no 80s/90s or current age styled drag cars. No cars covered with current style decals. Decals must be vintage or vintage styled.

Thanks Curtis, this event is looking like a real good time, I just need to build up an old mini-bike!

  5. Curtis, I'm happy to see where this is headed.

Since the show will have Mini Bike drags, I got the Mini Bike fever and was able to pick up an old one this weekend. This is Edweird's fault! We have a grudge race set up for the show, although he will blast past me, I still look forward to it! Here is mine... :D

That slick might actually slow me down. More surface to stick to the track! Yeah, bring your Schwinn on out.

My Belair actually needs slicks but dont know if I will have them before the show or not. Regardless, I am going to let her rip down the track.

Looking forward to it. Last year's event was great, so I am sure this will be even better. I took the Super Model with me and she had her 7 year old son enjoying his first honky-tonk bar band. Super cool!

We all certainly look forward to having you back and also your coverage in Fuel Line Magazine. Certainly having the show at the dragstrip this year should be a huge improvement. We are having Hollowbody Hellraisers back again from Gainesville Florida. They put on a heck of a good show, so bring the Super Model and her son back out!

I know where there is a cool mini bike for sale and cheap. It will be a bit of a drive. If interested, give me a call or shoot me a PM.

Like I said, you started all of this but I am so glad you brought it up. It is gonna so much fun!

Sweet! :) Looks similiar to John Deere green. I tore mine down today for paint. I got so many things going on right now, it might be awhile before it is complete.

The Iron Lords are planning on coming down (at least a bunch of us) and we have mor then loose ends to tie up. We have cars that just undergone engine swaps, cars being chopped, and my car being built for the first time.

    I'm excited though!
