Early Stewart Warner 8,000 RPM tachometer. The gauge face is 2 3/4" across the front and the rear of the case is 3". This is a cable driven tachometer. The tachometer works (see video). At some point in its life someone welded mounting ears on each side presumably so it could be mounted in a dash (see photos). Those ears could easily be removed if desired and the tach could be mounted in a tach cup; then mounted on a steering column. The bezel has a light window as pictured. I do not know much about this tach. I have no plans to use it so I shall offer for sale for someone's hot rod. -The gauge face is black and it looks nice against the white numbers. ( good crisp look) -There is a small split in the bezel near the light window. (see photo) The bezel is however firmly attached to the gauge -I will provide you with the USPS Tracking Number This will make a pretty CQQL addition to a hot rod.
