Where can I get these heads?
Not sure of the mfg of these particular heads but Trick Flow has them, they also have the more traditional looking castings that do not have accessory holes, they have the "true" full size (early) appearing camel hump casting identifiers.
It's red not orange but should it be chartreuse (lime green)?
I think 265s were chartreuse this is supposed to be a 283 but not sure.

Rich Guasco’s Pure Hell fuel altered. Before clutch and tire technology caught up to the horsepower guys built chassis for weight transfer and kept raising engines higher and higher. Eventually the 24” rule was put into effect, the center of the crank snout could be no higher than 24”.
