Sledsville Desoto grilles

Anybody know this company or the quality of their repo 51 Desoto grilles? I need to get one, but have never seen one in real life. He gets $1400 for a fiberglass pan & cast aluminum teeth, and requires full payment up front. Payment is not a problem if this is a good guy. Thanks for any info.
