This car wears a yellow California plate that was either added recently under year-of-manufacture DMV rules, or it has been on the car and unregistered since before 1962. So the car has either been sitting forever, or has been running and driving recently… good news either way.

So you like to see a pic of the other car next to the Starfire;)
    Well here it is!

It´s an old customization made in the early 70´s on a 1962 Oldsmobile F85 Cutlass Sedan. Now it rests in the same old abandoned junkyard.

A guy I work with found this where he goes hunting. Looks like a T touring to me, but hard to tell from the small pics.

This was pulled out of the woods in north western Missouri a couple of years ago, its a 34 5 window. A buddy of mine bought it and is going to fix it, but it's rough. If anyone can do it I'm sure he can. Why can't I find this stuff?

^ If you're talking about these two roadster bodies, I talked to the owner (A nice guy in his 70's) as few weeks back, they're for sale. Let me know if you want his contact info.

Here's mine a 1930 Plymouth, Series U, Rumble Coupe. I saved it but it has been a major project. I just love this old thing.

I knew a guy once that was a stocker dude also. He had several 30-31 coupes, and a 33 coupe that was in rather good shape along with several old pickups. I tried to buy the 33 but he wasnt budging. I told the guy I was going to restore the car back to original. he says. "You're too young a fella to do that, I would rather see this car rust all to hell than have some hotrodder have it".

I might have posted these before on this thread,... I took these pictures about 15 years ago. Nothing was for sale at the time ( He said it was a pain in the Butt, dealing with people for parts or entire cars,.. And it wasn't worth his time or energy).
I was told it was all crushed.:(

^ I dont know, I'd be happy to offer him $5-7k for that 33 Tudor. If that "isnt worth his time or energy" Lord knows what is, considering that whole deal would have taken about an hour tops. He could have made some pretty impressive coin on liquidating that lot. My guess is he was going about it the wrong way that would have lead him to the idea that it was too much hassle.

Crying shame either way. I hate it when old people have a thing against hot rodding old cars. Hey at least SOMEONE is enjoying it, which is a lot more then letting it rust into nothing-ness whereas nobody can enjoy it at all.
Why not sell it for a profit so everybody wins?
