Two more from Israel, just to prove hoarders and "I'll restore it" types are an international breed...

Hi, this very rare 1927 Nash landau sedan was recovered from Trona Ca to a farm near Salt Lake City Utah this week and I will be getting about 60 parts from it towards my project tourer. The balance of the car will be used by the guy in Utah or may be sold on or parted out, time will tell.
According to the president of the NCCA it is only the second Nash Landau sedan he has ever seen in the 45 years since he founded the Nash club. The other he has seen was a 1926.
Thanks to B Ramsey and HAMB this car has been recovered.

Dodge Bros sawmill. Ran across it earlier this week in Tonapah NV. It originally had a complicated belt drive mechanism. There is plenty of rust to look at in Tonapah and Goldfield. We spent two days exploring the area. DSC08146.JPG DSC08147.JPG

That's is definitely different...any story of how it got there? Who owned it? I'm sure that part of the cars life would be interesting too.

  24. That is too cool that you recovered that car. Glad it no longer sits out in Trona.

  26. I saw this old motor home sitting and rotting in a junkyard. It has some cool art painted on it. Plus a rotting stocker too. 20180622_111332.jpeg 20180622_111441.jpeg 20180622_111058.jpeg

  27. Did you find the passenger side landau bar on site or in the car?

I finally got up to the ‘38 Chevy my buddy found. It’s a quarter mile straight uphill off of the nearest hiking trail. I think someone ran it off the side of the mountain to watch it die back in the day when there were fewer trees.

My wife and kids turned back, just the dog and I made it.

  29. That appears to be the front splash pan for a '56 Chevy hangin' in that tree...

Yes it was. It isn’t there anymore
I wonder where on the mountain the rest of the 56 is?
