    It has an integrated headrest, headrest were mandatory after Jan 1 1969, so its probably later than that. The lack of side bolster stitching and narrow seat make me think small base model car.
    Dodge used the horizontal pattern in 1966.
    I'm digging for clues here, chime in

    I was thinking boat as well, but the headrest throws me off. Thinking early 70's econobox.

    Looks recovered , but can't tell and can't see the mechanical parts. Perhaps rear view?
