Hot Rods screw in freeze plugs

Yep! Before the finish machining was done... Line honing the crank bores, cylinders and decking the block to name a few... I believe that to be the order all that should be performed....

 

Just imagine if Henry had used pipe thread plugs in all the flatheads. Can you see yourself trying to get those rusted suckers out after 60 - 70 years?

 

Yeah, that would suck!!!
