Yes. Engine turns. I’ll probably keep the sheet metal and engine/trans. I have a c40 with rust issues this one doesn’t
This one has a dump bed with pto I’ll probably sell the dump bed. I’m trying to talk a guy out of a wheel lift off a wrecker he doesn’t want
I guy text the pic to me when it was headed to the scrap yard. I guess I asked first. And luckily scrap is down now.
Yep. Has a few bullet holes in the hood. But it’s clean. I’ve located a 65-6 bus. Needs the front sheet metal. Wife suggested building another bus. Working on a deal for a 64-66 SWB custom cab. Should have plenty of pieces to build a couple trucks.
Now why would anyone want to pop some caps in an old truck like that?????..... Some people need an ass whipping!..
Truck Rage!! Probably fell off the back of one when he was a kid and carried the grudge into adulthood. Too bad his parents didn't recognize the symptoms and get counselling for him. Poor innocent old truck!
Old farm truck. Probably country kids doing what country kids do. Guy has a lot of pieces and parts for those trucks. 2 very nice suburbans. I’m doing an engine swap on his 64 c30.
That's one that got missed by the pulpwooders back in the day. Most trucks that age got used and abused in the woods before they were worn out and junked or parted out.
Good news. Bad news. Good news is it runs. The scrap yard said the owner scrapped it. Tired of working on it. The coil was wired backwards and the firing order wrong. Bad news is it’s a 250.
250 is a good engine. Tough as nails with decent power for a 6. We had one in a lwb 71 C10 when I was growing up. Could fill the bed with green firewood until the bumper nearly drug the ground and it would haul it like it was empty.
