I read something like this in a magazine 30+ years ago, I can’t remember when Ford started using the 1-5 firing order 83?
Yes it is when Ford changed it was 83 to the original 351 firing order. We used the 351 cam in our 289s in the 70s. I don’t know why he had the 351 block there.
He said he had a bunch of passes on the 351 and someone talked him into swapping cams to one with the 1-5 firing order.
