I have a pair of small block Chevy header flanges for 1 7/8" tube. These are also 5/16" thick. $25
I also have a set of sub-plate style 2" SBC header flanges. The inner flanges bolt to the head and get ground to match your ports and the outer flanges take 2" tubing. $35
