Sacramento Car & Parts Swapmeet Aug 4th

Has anybody here gone to this in the past? I am thinking that it may be a good place to look for a truck but not too sure if it is worth the drive because I don know what to expect. http://www.sacramentoswapmeet.com/

big one--lots of good stuff but early ford parts are scarce here--never miss it--got a nice 40 std coupe project there last year--it's nearly done will be looking for another one sunday

 

I am looking for a F1 or early F100 that I can drive home. Probably a pipe dream but worth a try. I looked at photos of earlier shows and it looks like fun. My girlfriend is actually excited about it because she likes the memorabilia. Its gonna be hot, though. Weather report said 97 degrees.

 

Ha-ha ... sounds like you might have talked yourself out of going.

 

The weather was actually pretty nice but I didn't find anything.
