A fine oxidized coating usually applied by mother nature to protect the integrity of sheetmetal on old cars.
Well,if you say so it must be true. Gangrene, a coating of rotting flesh applied by mother nature to protect the integrity of the wound underneath. Paul
Damn guys...Did you all get up on the wrong side of the bed today or what. Rustina is past the point of patina and I've seen plenty of sheetmetal for sale on here that qualifies to fit in this catagory. I've seen ads read " A little rusty but can be saved". Some of the stuff would crumble if you tried to pick it up. Rustina is a good word if used correctly. Next time I'll try to be a little more sensative to those out there that can't take a joke.
Well,I apologise for misinterpreting your post, but just lately there seems to have been an influx of FNG's who would post that in all seriousness. Welcome to the hamb. Paul
It's only good when used in the following context: My rattle can paint job turned to RUSTINA in no time so now I have to rid of that shit and make it SHINE.
