Hot Rods Run with the bones to bonneville

Lunch with the erie county flathead boys, peach street exit off 90 west , the steak and lube 1:30 on the seventh , motel 6 dayton oh. Area exit 29 off 70 west saturday night . Motel 6 iowa city 80 west exit 242 sunday , dinner at whiskey creek , north platte ,80 west,exit 177 monday , lunch at the village inn, cheyenne wy.intersection of 80 west and 25 12:00 tuesday, days inn exit 215 rawlins wy. Tuesday night , salt flat speed shop party wednesday afternoon / night , orem utah 15 south exit 272 . We will gather up two race cars and ten hot rods along the way . Most nights we make motel parking lot repairs and hang . We don't care if your hot rod is shinny , has lots of crome , tons of billet , ratty , or has the dredded patina that has so many with thier panties in a bunch . Hot rods are suppossed to be " fun " !!!! So if your in the area come by and we'll buy ya a beer , hell , we'd even buy the "tman ' a beer !!!!!!! - the rolling bones hot rod race teams and pit crew

Shit that looks like fun. ...but y'all will be a couple days ahead of me. We won't hit the salt until Sat morning.

You guys will be driving right by our shop, The Hot Rod Barn. We are at the west end of Morris Illinois at exit 105 and I80. We'll buy the breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on when you guys go past.

well back in the fall in OKC when we spent a bit of time, i thought maybe i'ld be able to join in on this run...but........too many issues in life, too lil money to finish the topolino..

I'll plan on meeting up with you guys at the Motel 6, in Dayton, OH on Saturday Night, the 7th. Looks like there are two Motel 6's in that area, a "Dayton Airport" and a "Englewood" one. Which one will you be staying at?

The coupe finally got back on the road in mid-June. It's got some new shinny paint and crome. Here's a recent shot of it.
