Man,it was another packed house at the Boners shop.It was so tight in there, you could not get far enough back from the cars to get any decent pics. Hung out with Racemad, SSFFNomad, Straightpipes, and a herd of other guys. Bean Bandits represent there, some charity fund raising happened, and I think there was even an art auction of some sort. Another great evening with some cool guys.
I wish I had known, I was driving back home from Maine after picking up a new project and was going right through that area.
Like Doug B said, packed house. Good to see the guys again. I just shot a few pics. Gotta give the drivers a salute. It was around 15 degrees out, my guess.
Another great rolling bones garage night. Man was that place packed or what? Sardines, anyone? Took me twenty minutes to get my coat when it was time to leave. Nice to see the CA crowd again. They looked kind of funny all bundled up against the cold, trying to pretend they weren't freezing their butts off. Also good to see familiar faces from my neck-o-the-woods. A few Cape Codders and the South Shore SR assoc boys. Hated to leave early, but my ride was dead on his feet and wanted to head out. We did get there at 3:30, so we got to get a good look at the awesome projects that are well under way in their shop. Hope someone got some shots and will post them soon.
We had a BLAST there, I need to upload all my pictures still, we just got home around 10:30, 12 hour drives are tiring. I'll get them up soon!
Great shop, and the bones guys do nice work. I loved that bus. It brought back memories of the 50's down in Mexico, although it is a wonder I can still remember them. Just before I left I thought I had stepped in something then I realized that a guy close to me had cut the cheeze. Some one said he must have eaten road kill on the way up from the the Cape.
