It's supposed to be cool. I might go, there's supposed to be serious large mouth bass in Lake Nippenicket in Bridgewater, I might take my kids fishing in the am, then go there. If I get there early I'll post some pics here. I missed Milltown this year, to me that's the best show in these parts.
I'm going to TRY to get there around 10/11ish. I'm definitely going to get there in time to catch the Boston League of Women Wrestlers (B.L.O.W.W) at 1:00 because they've always been an awesome spectacle of vintage/luchadore inspired chaos. So I'll be planning on getting Lunch there, catching some of the show, then checking out all the cars and vendors. If any of y'all make it, I'll probably be wearing my black Rat Fink hat so come say Hi.
Pretty cool show. The Lady wrestlers were awesome! I only got a few pics of my favorite cars I looked for patmanta's hat but didn't spot it. Next time. My kids revolted and demanded I release the box of worms so we caught no fish. But we are having a great day!
@clunker I was probably 30 feet from you when you took the pic of the BLOWW crew! I was there from about 11:30 to a little after 4. Lots of different style cars represented. Not all of them necessarily HAMB friendly, but they were all driven. Lots of works in progress showed up under their own power. Here's my collection of pictures:
It was pretty fun. Here's a few more pics The highlight was the melee of wrestling. Their MC was a really funny guy, and of course he eventually got dragged down and beaten up by a bunch of the gals. He ended up actually proposing (in real life) on his knee to "Stabbatha McKill", and she accepted. I let my son shoot a video, I'll try to post it.
