Hello,, everyone,..... It's been quite a while, since I was here last ! I was asked about an old post re; Bear Wheel balancer. I last used one circa 1959 or thereabout,...but the basic proceedure was to first find the "static" balance point, then begin the dynamic balancing. I'm not recalling the exact proceedure now,..but there was definitely a learning curve !! As I recall, we balanced front wheels with brake drums atatched, and you could spin wheels at close to 100 mph .
