I have a stuck Alumiun head that will not come off , have been soaking it with penetrating oil, and also transfluid with acetone mix. with no luck yet. For app 3weeks
Has any one tried Evapo Rust around the studs?
    Thanks

Probably some heat, if there are (is) anyplace that you can tap (with your BFH) MAYBE a bit of persuasion-n- prying might work too.

If it is a running engine back the bolts off a turn and fire it up... The compression should pop it free.

  4. If all else fails, weld the nuts to the studs and turn the studs out. You'll need new studs, but if they're that corroded you'll probably need new ones anyway...

you did not say what engine , but assuming flathead. If is has studs that is were they are stuck . Double nut the head studs and try and loosen the studs. Probably heat use going to be needed.
Do not get in a hurry . Frustration is what ruins a lot of parts.
