Technical Reds headers quality?

    Headers are on the car, it's the Reds "extensions" that don't fit the car properly. The headers are cheap quality and won't flow as much as they could, but it's a flathead, let's be real here. Anyway, all I can say overall is Reds exhaust products are the very lowest quality, BUT are the only trick in town, so they probably won't change any time soon.

    To answer your question, I've had a bunch of other issues with the car and the motor project so I haven't had time to take many pics. I'll try to get some soon. I didn't re-engineer them. I didn't even have time to weld them. I did however make sure to heat up the pinched pipe and hammer it out about 1/4".

    I have to agree with a few of the others (at least in the past) I have had really good luck with the quality. I think Reds must have found a very low quality craftsman on your set. AND...to me honest, I think they should refund or do something for you. I would be surprised if they would not.
