Technical Rear wheel oil seal

Hi Guys,for my '54 Ford customline,
What is what somebody in already changed its rear wheels bearing & the oil seal,for the wheel bearing it's ok the bearing retainer it's ok but the oil seal I do not arrive there ,
He does not sink properly, I have just damaged the new,grrrrrrrr!!!!!!
Help me please for the oil seal
