power steering question

    I have a 51 chevy with a mustang 2 front end and power rack.Engine is a small block chevy.Car is still being built.If I use the chevy power steering pump with the mustang rack,some have said the steering will be too touchy.What is the best solution,manual rack,different power rack,or....??

    the problem is the chevy pump puts out to much preasure you need to cut it back you can use washers on the regulater the regulater is the fiting that screws in the back of the pump or if you can find one use a vega regulater. and dont aling it like a mustang add more pos caster and it will drive fine

    There is a company that makes an adjustable pressure regulator, but i can't recall the name.
