So you used the New stuff that sorta replaced the Blitz Black? it has a glossier look to it.
Not suede, not primered, no lo gloss.....just rust.
1954 R3 Studebaker
i love it !
Saw that truck in the new Hot Rod deluxe mag.
This truck looks kinda familiar.....I like! Any other pics of it????
Here is mine....was green now yellow and white...
nice truck mac... kinda reminds me of the truck in lassie... for some reason.
weird that I even remember lassie!!. im only 27.
It is a little glossier and it is easier to keep clean. Like I said it has been on for over 3 years and no problems yet. It does not chalk up and does not scratch up as easy as primer.
Here is my s#!t box, minus the hood so it would not overheat as fast.
Here are a few pics of the truck i picked up a couple weeks ago..thinkin about a flat blue but the faded orange with mold on it doesnt look to bad either lol
Here are a few.
Here's my 1955 Dodge. It's currently torn apart and getting restored right now, but going to be painted flat daytona blue with a flat silver roof.
Here,s another shot of the black ford

A friend just hauled one home from Cali, a 65 ford crew.
This thread is kewl!
Thanks man... RUB it in why dont ya! dang. I didnt even know those existed... if I had I would've bought one of those and sold my 01 crew cab... the 65 is way cooler any day of the year. O well... at least I can pull into a tight parking space easier.
Man thatd be a sweet truck if it were a ford. lol. justtt kiddddingg.. At least you got the year right!
I am curious to know what size tires your running there.. and the size of the white wall.
There around, just do dome diggin. I was lookin for one of those fugly 60s dodge crews and my buddy found this for me. 45,000 original miles! It was a longbox and had one ton fenders on the front too,(itsa M-350!) and I shortened it and put on the 1/2ton fenders. Camaro clip, with no bags (they're for groceries!) It turns pretty tightly!
350 really.. I figured 250... but thats cause of the fenders... looks great.
Olive drab from surplus store......@ $20 paint job......
Does that say trouble maker? I can believe it.
