Mike Rosenow of Harrison Street Motors in Oshkosh, WI sent us this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjNYSbdq4Ek Thanks, Mike!
The mufflers sound sweet !! I am wondering what they would sound like on a small block chevy. Have you installed any on a sbc and do you have a video/sound cut ?
My website has sound clips on the home page, and a couple videos on the testamonial page. www.portermufflers.com
Two friends of mine have then on there cars, '54 Ford with a 302, other is a '41 chevy with a 350 both sound good at about 65 MPH. Sorry no sound bites.
Thanks (Porter Man) for the sound clips! Although I do like the "modern" chambered mufflers (Flowmaster etc.) it's kind of a nouveau sound to my ears. These clips are more like what I remember from the olden times, and I like 'em
Thanks Mike and Thanks Porter for hooking me up! Yeah the routing of this exhaust system was certainly unconventional but with the air bags set all the way down we really didn't have any other way to run it. If and when I re-do the wishbones then we'll clean it up a bit....Until then we'll find a way to suffer through the sweet sound....
When your ready I have a porter mufflers dealer in Wisconsin. The Hot Rod Company! They can hook you up.
