Need to replace head gasket and rings in my 1950 Dodge Coronet 4 door. It has the orig. 230 flathead 6 that looks to never been apart or rebuilt. I found the head gasket but far as rings it can range between .010-.060 through Napa, was really hoping to order and have all my parts ready before I pulled it apart. Anybody have a clue what came in these orig. Sorry kind of new to American cars usually work on old VWs and decided to try something different.

It needs a hastings # 144 ring set. Look on the tops of the pistons for an oversize stamped on them to indicate a size. .020 .030 .040 .060 If not mic the piston when you get it apart it won't be .010 over
