  3. He has, in the past, been at the Charlotte Auto Fair. Maybe any HAMBers going could contact him, or find out the scoop. He has been over in the vicinity of Dennis Carpenter's tent last time I talked to him.
He's as elusive and deceptive as always.

I think I finally got all my order in about 4 years. I ordered in August and he said I would have them by Thanksgiving, he just didn't say which Thanksgiving. The parts were good when I did get them.

  7. His business is located in Charlotte NC , at intersection of Little Rock Rd & I-85 S..It's on the service road in the old Bradley Motel building .Next door is a mexican restaurant...Last time I ate there , there was some guy walking around in the Bradley office... don't know where the current "factory " is located ..I think the original shop that was behind the Motel burned down long ago

He was at Hershey last year, I walked up to his stand and got a drivers side floor pan for a 39 Ford from him. Nice piece, transaction couldn't have been any better! Got lucky I guess.

Paul is the third generation maker of these pans and I have NEVER heard a complaint about the quality. I knew his dad John who bought the molds about 30 or 40 years ago from the original maker who also had a problem making them fast enough. Every comment I have heard about them the last 50 years were positive...........except how long it took to get them. All three men made nothing but floor pans and they have been made in their garages, not big buildings. I don't know Paul very well so I don't know what will happen with this business when he hangs it up. I would guess he is about 50 to 60. All three men have honest reputations. In my opinion Paul is making a big mistake taking in orders he can't deliver in a timely manner. It is hard to overcome hard feelings with quality but he seems to do it in most cases.

Yes, word on FordBan back in the day was to order your parts when you got the car, and hope they'd be ready when you needed them...as mentioned, no one ever had issues of the quality, just the delivery time.
