A quote from Dean Gingerelli in an article from Street Rodder Magazine
“The following year--1998--Pat Ganahl wrote an interesting story about the Joe Nitti roadster for The Rodder's Journal. His 10-page essay included additional original black-and-white photos of the Nitti car.”
Well Pat was more than interested, he actually used the Joe Nitti roadster as inspiration for his own roadster that he just finished. The Joe Nitti roadster has always been one of my favorites and I was fortunate enough to run into Pat at a picnic today and he had his roadster there. It is period perfect as nothing on the car is old than I think he said ’58. Anyway, it is REALLY a beautiful car and finished perfectly as we would expect from Pat. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Gee, where does this sit on everyone's all-time-favorite-32-list?????

Its sits right up there with the Joe Nitti 32, and, ..... I dunno, maybe it IS the best 32 around.

Well done to you Pat. Love the Chrome, glad you're addicted to it ;)

We've all seen Pat's roadster in a semi-finished state for years. Now that it's finished it's a sight to behold. Absolutely beautiful. Well worth the time, effort and money to finish. Hope to see coverage in TRJ. The FOGGER

As I remember Pat spend years following every lead he heard of trying to find the origonal Nitti roadster. Failing to do that is when he embarked on the search for parts to build this one. It's a home run, well done Pat.

Holy schnikes!! Damn, that's nice. And I don't even like hot rods.....'specially period correct roadsters. They're loud, uncomfortable, windy, lousy to drive in anything but perfect weather.....wait a minute, that sounds like fun. Nevermind, I like hot rods now.
