Paint for white walls

Anyone remember what kind of paint was used to spray paint white walls? Can't find the post about it. I need the info for a HotRod art project.Thanks!

It's called fusion paint for plastics.

 

Man, white walls are soooo last Tuesday...
I was in the K-mart garage the other day an I saw these bitchin' blue walls!

We have an old guy comes to us and applies whitewalls with a machine , you've probably seen the type of thing I mean.
He only ever did 1.5'' wide , mostly Rollers , Bentleys etc.but we've educated him and now he goes up to about 4.5''
He has started doing red bands for us as well.
