I'm sure that having two cars in the house has to have something to with being single.....lol I can't say I wouldn't trade places when the cars are THOSE cars though. Three posts this year now Moriarity - you're on a hot streak now. He He. When I saw you post the "in progress" pics of the Outlaw (a loooong time ago) I went out and bought up two or three of the models and I started sketching out the design for my own "Roth" car (bubble-top). I have some fairly solid renderings of my future "show-car" and I am confident that if I really do build the damn thing it would be a stunner. Sadly I'm penniless and jobless right now which means I won't be building anything soon, much less a bubble-top.... Don't count me out though, I've been researching these things for two years now. I have even made friends with a guy who worked in a hot-tub factory as a 'glass-man. I should be able to build almost all of it myself. The only sticky spot will be the bubble, and I have a good idea how I can do that too.....

I don't know anything about you really since I have only been a HAMBer for less than a year now, so I have to ask how did you come to acquire all this? Buy the coffee table book written by Pat Ganahl entitled "Ed 'Big Daddy' Roth His Life, Times, Cars, and Art" Mark is in there (much to my surprise after talking with him on this board a bunch of times). He is the #1 Roth fan - hands down. I thought I was a big fan but this guy bought all of Roths car (almost) at one point or another and has restored them - even the ones most folks don't like (read trikes). How can you compare to that? So I tip my hat to that and him. He not only is a fan but is a curator/preservationist for the body of auto art created by the Fink himself. Lord only knows how many prints/t-shirts he likey owns.....My head hurts just thinking about it. We're DEFINATELY not worthy...... ...and yes that is me kissing ass at my best....
