Pa approved YOM Plates!

I guess I missed this one, but it's now legal in Pennsylvania to run year-of-manufacture license plates.

Finally.

 

Ain't legal until middle of August. Word I'm hearing is that any year that had front and rear plates are going to have to have both. That's all years except during WWII up to '52, kind of sucks. Nothing is absolute, but don't be too happy YET.
