What a great story. The neatest thing I have seen on the hamb in a while. Certainly Andy was one of the nicest guys I ever talked to. Kudos to Terri, what a tribute to her good ole Dad. Had to bring a big ole smile to Poppa. Well done Terri and any others who participated.

That’s awesome!

 

Was catching up on this story and was surprised to read that the T is the one I watched being worked on at the '68 show. Don't remember how we got from
NAS Miramar up to the show, don't remember anything about the cars; but sure remember them working on the stage. Thought it was really cool they were building it at the show; must be why it sticks in my mind.

 

Congratulations to Terri and all involved. Very well deserved award.

I love this soo much! T Buckets were "the thing" in the 70's... but as young street rodders and their families grew, they needed more room... out went the T-Buckets, in came the Model A's, '32's and then Fat Fenders... Such a great era that I remember so well... Maybe this T will spear-head a revival!!!

I hope we see you driving this to some events. Would be a shame to have it sitting in a show room somewhere. It's awesome!
