***ADDED MORE PHOTOS AND MOVE-OUT VIDEOS ON PAGE 3***

I walked through with Hot-Rod Roadster tonight, during setup and snapped a few photos. It looks like it's time for a new camera - the left side of some of the photos is looking funny for some reason.

The South Omaha Boys Bonneville racer. They went 174 mph in 2008 before blowing the engine. I'm sure they'll be back out there this year!

Hot-rod Roadster's Chevy Wagon -- maybe we should call him Hot-rod Wagon, now? :D

Very cool and well built 'A' Roadster. I guess the flatty is pretty healthy, too! They have plans to take it out to Bonneville and run it...

This car has been a hot rod since at least the early '50s (has gone through changes, of course)

Gotta admit these are pretty cool

Well, that's all for now. I'll hopefully get a few more on Saturday. Enjoy!

Nick thanks for posting these pics! There are some cool cars, you just have to weed through some less desirable cars

Did you see the black model A roadster with the flatty and columbia rear. It is damn cool. Also the 32 roadster in the lobby? the one with the old lacquer paint from the sixties? cool stuff indeed.

Oh, the yeah, you did find the A roadster, it is the one with white wheels ( and yes that flatty is very healthy sounding!)

I posted pics of the black 'A' Roadster w/ the flatty and Columbia rear.

Didn't get a chance to walk through the lobby - will have to catch those on Saturday! That '32 must be the one that we saw around last summer? From Hawaii? Damn cool car!

Yeah, my camera sucks  It's about five years old and only 3.2 megapixel. Definitely time for a new one!! I think my cell phone even takes better photos!

Didn't get a photo of his chopper, but will be sure to take one tomorrow. See ya there!

I like the Cannon cameras and have had my eye on one for a while, just need to step up and buy it!

Of course, it would help if I didn't (most likely) have to buy a new cell phone, since I dropped mine in the damn toilet on St. Patrick's Day. Good times.

    Yes, it does!

Yeah, that '40 is horrible... Rod seems pretty proud of it, too.

I checked out your Tbird - nice car! I hope to finally meet you tomorrow - are you going to be around the show?

I think I actually met you (for a very short time) at the 2008 Pileup - weren't you there?

  27. TRhanks for the pics!

That roadster axle is ugly and scary looking tho........................

I like Rob Lee's roadster too. Reminds me of The Fidgiter's car in TX in the windshield area.

The guy who built these 2 trucks Rick is a super cool dude, he let me do a job shadow my senior year at his shop, I got to see the one with the Hudson nose being built...And the welding shop(Judd Performance) a couple doors down from our shop built the intake for it and a few other things....He built the headers and some otherthings on a Maroon '34 with a 392 that should be there too (it's kind of street roddish, cool though)

Pretty sweet when you can see some things that you watched start out as a pile of parts, all in one peice...

Oh and a camera recommendation, Canon EOS Rebel XS...that's what I've got...pretty sweet.
