It has been a long time and a long road, with more to go. For some reason work has gotten in the way of fun far to much. The roadster keeps getting worked on and I believe we will be back this year. I am confident enough that I will be sending the entry in this week. I'm not quite finished with the fabrication and have a little sheet metal to go. Virtually everything on the car has or will be modernized...except the basic look, color and #87.
Gotta get out in the shop now, don't want the $500 entry fee to go to waste.

Just found this thread, what a great car! I really like the look of the hood, really takes advantage of that SCTA rule as to were the firewall starts and ends on a 28-29 Ford. Best wishes running the car in 2017. Bob

Bob, thanks but the car does not take advantage of the rules, the rules were written because of the car. Also I got the website fixed for Peek Brotehers Racing, our history. WWW.peekbrothersracing.com There are some typos to fix but everything is running now and has lots of acnient history.
