there are 2 or 3 threads out here that should get you in touch with people that may know.. do a search on sprint cars. Dave
For just a mere $855 large you can own it, and 9 other assorted race cars. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Othe...oryZ6472QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Not specific to that car, but there's a pretty good bio. of J. Pawl here: http://speedwaysightings.wordpress.com/2007/05/24/region-racers-at-the-indianapolis-500-johnny-pawl/
I'd be interested but I refuse to have anything that was touched by Robby Gordon anywhere on my property. Besides I be worried if you ever took the car out for a drive it would hit anything within 50 yards and total whatever it hit. Robby missed his calling. I'd be willing to bet he could take every demolition derby chamionship ever offered. Frank
I like the guy.. find that surprising Frank ? I didnt think so... Thats an impressive collection for sure.. Dave
fab, im with you , that guy needs to stay in the desert!!! he has to hold the record in nascar for the most crashes! real ass.
Hill gas? Hillegass? Hiram Hillegass? Sad if the owner doesn't know the name. Gorgeous car either way. The 17, both 25s, and the 37 are the best looking of the bunch.
Mike, I'll be in the presence of the #17 tomorrow morning when us old farts meet at Chuck Fausel's Museum for the usual Sat morning rag chew. Tough to see him have to give it up but time marches on. Enjoy the hell outta every day http://www.trackforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=117614 http://www.westernracing.com/fauselfarmslink.html
