Folks Of Interest O/T sliding shaft on Bead roller

Hey Guys
I want to build a bead roller or buy one, I would like for it to have an sliding shaft which I have no problem building that, where the problem lie's is locking the sliding shaft into place, I can't wrap my head around it. If anyone can help with idea's or pictures, I would appreciate it.

The top shaft is typically held into position with a vertical locking bolt.

I believe he means one of the shafts is adjustable in and out. Look at the Mittler Bros Jamey Jordan series bead rollers they have the adjustment on the end of the shaft. You don't need to move it much.
