This is how the car looked when we found it..A lot of new metal on this one.Its easier to cut up a bad humpback than a coupe. The new floor is 3" higher up in the body. The frame has a 3" kick-up in the rear. The grille is tilted 1,5 " more than it is supposed to.

I do have more pics at home...Going home in a week or something. This lookalike is 2.5 " longer in the trunk-area.I think that came out nice.Wasn't going to copy an original coupe.

    Right-on.

Not that it isn't enough already, but it really makes me want to see the other cars you posted in your bio (1932 Coupe, roadster, tudor, 1936 coupe and -40 coupe).

    Again, wow.
Thanks for posting the pics and WELCOME to the HAMB.

    +1

i would love to see some more build pictures, there is some really amazing metal work in that car and i would like to see how you did it if your willing. the fact that you started with a humpback sedan . . . . well im just speechless about that.

Some amazing graftmanship on that ex sedan. That has been a lot of metal shaping and perfectly executed.

Thanks for posting it on the mainboard. And I agree we need to see more in progress photos.
