any body ever heard of it? and or how to find back issues? I was told I need to get may of 2001 for a write up of a merc I am working on.

 

This guy has the May 01 issue in the mix with several others.

Never seen those, but do remember a Southern Rodder from back in the 80's. May have been the same company.

 

There were several regional rod mags floating around in that time frame.

 

I have a few, I'll see if that's one of them.

 

15 years ago I was a subscriber, unfortunately I threw all the copies out. I think the subscription was a door prize I won at a car show.....

I don't think they were sold around here, or at least I never saw or heard of it. when I was told the car had been in it I thought they were making it up.

I wrote tech articles for both Southern Rodder and Northern Rodder in the mid-2000's. They totally went under in about 2005, and the only place I've seen to get back issues is on eBay. They pop up on there from time to time.

 

I have some issues not sure if they go back to 01.
They did a feature on my 37 Ford back in the day..
