Planning to build a banger for my 30 Coupe.
Need a low pressure fuel pump for Stromberg carbs.
Currently have a K&N 1-4psi pump, but tired of listening to the click-click-click.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

Check out the Edelbrock 17303. I needed a low pressure pump for Weber carbs and it happened to be on sale at the local Oreilly's. It is already mounted in a rubber case and is extremely quiet. It's a rotary pump, so no clicky sound.

  4. I mounted my pump (near the tank) using relatively soft rubber about 3/8 inch thick at each mount flange.......reduced the noise to almost nothing.

Stay away from the red label Holley pump. Although mounted in rubber grommets, it still whines like a banshee.

Mount it with rubber isolator mounts used for mounting AC condensers

Walbro pumps are pretty good and still made in the USA [not counterfeit ones]
