I am starting on a new '33 roadster project.
While surveying the situation I saw this.
I have been doing this for 50+ yuears and NEVER saw a setup like this.
I am amazed at the ingenuity of folks.
The car is a 1950's time capsule.I am afraid to change much of it but this has to be updated.

  2. Adjustable pan hard bar?
    50 year old build?
Wonder when the Bad Chad bashers show up to hammer this set up?

Need more pics of the ride

Looking for any info on the car or it's builder.
It was from the Detroit area.

Don't know if I am keeping the floors. I have a new one ready to go in from Tom Bay if I go that route. I hate to ruin the karma of the car.

Certainly an inventive way to keep the spring perches parallel to each other.

That is a piece of hot rod history. Keep it as original as possible, including the floor.
It's the only one in the world.

If that is brazing holding the wishbone yoke to the new chunk, then that’s not safe.
