Built 1st engine @ 16(1968) from box of parts bought from machine shop after owner couldn't pay bill, worked w/ father restoring antique cars , drag raced and worked @ Speed shops late 60's early 70's. Got into Vettes, buying selling muscle cars till early 80's. I started hanging out w/ buddies who own Volvo Daytona who were/are into streetrods, been building working on them since as hobby. Have to farm out some due to work hrs. but love to "make someting work in an application not intended for " IE; press small races from roller bearings to use as gauge trim, pot cover air cleaner tops etc. 31 5w
