Customs Need Station Wagon liftgate hinge ideas/pictures

Currently designing a 60's Malibu Wagon into a 2door Nomad conversion. My rear tailgate will now be a 2 piece with a separate liftgate for the window section. The piece I am building looks similar to a 49-54 Chevy Station Wagon liftgate.
I am not familiar with what the liftgate hinges look like on these cars. If anyone can show some pictures and maybe let me know the size of the hinges it may be helpful with my search. Other hinges on any Wagons or Suburbans that have a separate window liftgate may also be helpful.
I still have the Tri-5 hinges from my ElCamino conversion but they are too bulky for my application.
I appreciate any help I might get.
