    Hallo Hot Rodder.
Im in Germany and i found a 1939 Cadillac 60's Spezial Chassis. This is the Perfekt Basic Projekt for the next 2 Years.
Now i search Infos about the Engine. I Think this is not the Original Engine. There are 2 numbers behind the left Head. A Star bevor the number beginn (*7342701) and the other number, (8F35188). The Chassis ID says 1939 Fleedwood 60's Spezial with 346 Cui and 135 HP.

I hope that someone can Help me to Identificate the Engine. I will Drive the Caddy V8 Flathead in this Chassis.

If Anybody Now a 3Carb Intake for the V8 Please make me an Offer.

    Thanks from the Old World.

According to the 1953 Motors Manual, the serial number for a 1939 60S should be between 6290001 and 6320000

The 7342701 number would be from a 1941 model 63 engine
