Need some help for my build - welding & 3rd member rebuild

Good morning all,
Been a while since I have been on here actively.
I am ready to get back to my project.
I need some help getting my suspension welded into the frame.
A local Hammer who welds wants to make some extra cash or recommend a local guy. Who can do this.
I live in Oakland, CA.
I also have a 3rd member needing to be rebuilt. Have parts but haven’t done this before. 10” Chevy, want to convert a non posi unit to a posi unit. Bought the unit to convert it here on the H.A.M.B..
In case you wanted to know I am building a 1947 Chevy subframe - bagging it, 4 link rear end.. This is a Woodie wagon project I’ve been working on.
